The previous leadership on the GTM side was excellent but, unfortunately, they were pushed out by the CEO starting in September 2022; I would advise against taking any sales role in this organization until they figure out that the CEO cannot run the GTM team as a lawyer/ engineer by trade. It is a complete disaster as of today but the PMF is excellent. The company has a chance to be special if they remove the egos/ politics from the GTM side.

Kiwi Camara took over sales and completely destroyed the culture when the former CRO, Andrew Shimek, left. Expectations around the sales process are completely out of touch with reality. Thankfully he recently stepped down, so we’ll see if things change.

DISCO is a mid tier company. You are promised one thing and given another. They capped our commission plan. Leadership leads with fear and thinks that will create a healthy culture. The CEO operates almost like a dictator for example 3 of our c-suite execs departed disco within a 6 month period because they would push back on the CEO's ideas.
