DISCO is a mid tier company. You are promised one thing and given another. They capped our commission plan. Leadership leads with fear and thinks that will create a healthy culture. The CEO operates almost like a dictator for example 3 of our c-suite execs departed disco within a 6 month period because they would push back on the CEO's ideas.

Kiwi Camara took over sales and completely destroyed the culture when the former CRO, Andrew Shimek, left. Expectations around the sales process are completely out of touch with reality. Thankfully he recently stepped down, so we’ll see if things change.

This company has done a complete 180 since Dec 2022. It was once a company I pictured myself at long term, now I can't wait to leave. Culture has gone from awesome to absolute dumpster fire.
