My overall experience was extremely poor. Great product tech and the majority of my peers and solution techs. C level and executive team were poorly managed and the sales team was completely undervalued and frankly unappreciated. Many layoffs within less than a year, no clear expectations or comp structure and the goalposts for weekly activity were constantly changing. Trauma would be a great word to describe my experience working there and that’s not embellishing from my experience.

DISCO is a mid tier company. You are promised one thing and given another. They capped our commission plan. Leadership leads with fear and thinks that will create a healthy culture. The CEO operates almost like a dictator for example 3 of our c-suite execs departed disco within a 6 month period because they would push back on the CEO's ideas.

They over expanded the sales teams and then laid off the vast majority of the sales reps in 2023
