overall disco has been an overall positive experience as my first career-job. the pay is great, and the product is fairly easy to sell. My only issue is that there is very little roadmap for the AE role or any promotion.

Company has potential and I would consider working here a good idea a year from now. Right now though, they're going through a rough patch with all the bad press they're getting.

Worked at DISCO for 5+ years in an outside sales capacity. Company is struggling after CEO was forced out and lots of tenured reps have left for better opportunities. Platform is trying to disrupt Relativity and other legacy eDiscovery softwares, but the pricing is too high for large projects.
