This firm truely believes that cost cutting to the bones is the only strategy and do not believe in paying employees at fair market in high cost living city eg San Francisco.

Every account manager/ AE salary is 25k after year 3. year 1-3 is 30k

CDW was a great company to get started and learn technology. Training is fantastic and as long as you performed, compensation was never an issue
