Overall CDW is great at generating business and improving on its ability to capitalize on the opportunities. Its size works against it, slowing deals down, making it harder to close deals, etc. There's been a lot of growth through acquisition, so integrating new with existing capabilities has created a lot of friction. While they don't pay well per-deal, you can make up the difference in volume of business.

Commission matrix has been updated and changed to "keep up with the market". Management has been changing goal posts since CDW has had a few poor quarters.
