The GTM org at this company was really going downhill due to an extremely toxic, overbearing, narcissistic, alcoholic of a CRO, who thought acting like a leader meant acting like a bully. He was really killing the culture there. Everyone rejoiced when the new CEO finally got rid of him and his pompous attitude. Org is far more optimistic and functional now, and reps actually feel safe and respected. New CEO is very driven and focused on making sales better and easier at this company again. New CRO actually acts like a normal human being so it's been a nice change.

They will throw money at every fancy new sales tool imaginable but fired the sales trainer. Our enablement is spotty at best. And they are currently firing people and hiring cheaper SDRs.
