Lusha is a great place to work at. For a sales rep, it's easy to overachieve if you're not scared to get out of the inbound lead comfort zone and pick up the phone. I am one of the only rep consistently hitting quota since I don't rely on the inbound I receive and keep 50% of my pipeline from outbound outreach.
