This was a terrible experience. The base compensation is nice, but not worth working with terrible leadership. You have to "inflate" your pipeline in order to keep your job.

No one hitting quota - significant changes every 30 days - great product but its a nice to have especially in this market and no one outside of the fortune 500 is buying
