Overall has been a great place to work. Culture is a strong point, product fit is a bit of a weaker one. The product is good, but a lot of companies see it as only a way to send files and folders. I’d recommend Box.

Management style has completely changed in past 6 months. Went from an understanding that this is a long sales cycle for enterprise solutions to constant pressure to close big deals monthly. Only 10-20% of AEs make goal so this new pressure seems misplaced. Internal culture has been destroyed by new COO.
