Overall has been a great place to work. Culture is a strong point, product fit is a bit of a weaker one. The product is good, but a lot of companies see it as only a way to send files and folders. I’d recommend Box.

Great company from a culture perspective, but impossible to hit your number, changed quotas to pay reps less unless they got to 75% or above (which was basically no one)

High OTEs, but low attainment at the enterprise level. Leadership changes have turned org into a pressure cooker. Amazing CEO. Low inbound leads/deal flow.
