Great company from a culture perspective, but impossible to hit your number, changed quotas to pay reps less unless they got to 75% or above (which was basically no one)

Box has a lot of potential but there is zero leadership in the sales org. Plenty of managers and directors but if you're looking for leadership this is not the place to find it.
