Current Employee3.9Oct 10, 2023Great product. Great culture in general. Not a ton of upward mobility for many people. Lots of internal politics.

Current Employee3.9Jun 11, 2025Overall a positive selling experience with a lot of team and leadership support. There is a large emphasis on return to work which is driving many who don’t live near an office to look elsewhere. Additionally, promotion structure has a bottleneck and makes it difficult to move up.

Current Employee4.4Dec 14, 2023Fantastic company that really takes care of you. Recently it’s been a struggle to hit quotas and lead flow hasn’t been great for years. Uneven distribution of leads / territories

Former Employee2.7Feb 14, 2025People & team are great but the product is a tough sell. MSFT is primary competitor (cheaper). ~6% reps hit quota, low inbound flow, frequent churn risk, & long deal cycles across segments. Some sales leadership have the tendency to micromanage their reps. Things have marginally picked up with the added AI functionality.
