I want to know a bit more about Box's success with SDRs, I saw that only 10-15% of AEs make quota. Is this similar for SDRs? The reason I am asking is I've gotten an offer but the prevailing complaint from the hiring managers was their intense competition with Microsoft.
More QuestionsWhy do reps stay at Box if quota attainment is so unbelievably low? How can someone possibly be promoted from SMB>MM>ENT if you’re not part of the 10-15% hitting quota? Such a small % makes me think QA is “luck” or territory based.How challenging is it to outperform competitors in sales at Box?
