Hi Everyone, I am about to interview with Box for the SMB AE role. In the 2nd stage now, followed by the pitch deck. A few questions: - What % of reps are actually hitting quota? - Is formal clothing the norm? (so I know what to wear) - Any tips/suggestions on what an ideal rep looks like? Thanks!

More QuestionsWhy do reps stay at Box if quota attainment is so unbelievably low? How can someone possibly be promoted from SMB>MM>ENT if you’re not part of the 10-15% hitting quota? Such a small % makes me think QA is “luck” or territory based.How challenging is it to outperform competitors in sales at Box?
