Current Employee2.9Dec 3, 2023Boomi overall takes care of their sales employees, but with recent and constant change there is starting to be a lot of unrest in the sales department. It extremely hard to hit quota, especially in the commercial market, where less than 5% of reps are hitting annual numbers. Frequent layoffs all over the organization as well.
