Former Employee1.9Nov 6, 2023Very poor environment. Egotistical and narcissism are rife. Passive aggressive leaderships who can only point to themselves. No collaboration, other departments blamed for lack of sales accountability, no sales strategy from leadership. No account planning. Seems to be a travel show by the ELT who deliver no vision no direction. Definite nose dive since leaving Dell.

Current Employee2.3Jun 29, 2023Boomi was a great company to work for until recently. There used to be a ton of inbound leads but they have over hired and flooded the territory with reps. The compensation plans are great though but it’s getting more challenging to hit your number.
