Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Boomi used to be great, both as a product and company. As a product they haven’t kept up, and lost their appeal compared to MuleSoft, Workato and Microsoft. They still don’t have their servers in EU which can be a problem.
Boomi used to take market share from MuleSoft, but in the past years they have gone against the grain and severely raised their prices, alienating a lot of customers.
At the same time they haven’t kept up on tech, like not adding advanced Apim.
As a company it’s been years of silent layoffs and everyone are scared of getting fired. By opening up a few global hubs, they have cut down local sales offices. This has not been well received by customers and partners.
It’s a short term solution to cut costs, but will unfortunately hamper growth and customer satisfaction. Browse Other Reviews
