Being bought into private equity and failing with the first CEO post-purchase wasted 12 months of valuable planning. Big focus on "bring money in now, forget the strategy". Roadmap has improved a lot but delivering on it still has to happen. Renumeration is great and spiffs are flying to motivate money in sooner. Existing accounts are key to hitting target.
