But the internal culture in sales is full of rivalry: Terminal sales reps compete with Enterprise (ref data) sales reps for who will get credited for a deal they presented together. For that reason there are often silos, reps do not share information they have about the account. Also the company does not use modern CRMS like Salesforce instead...Read More
