My experience has been mixed. The bank is a great place to work, and continue development and learn. Compensation tends to be low and culture has been shifting away from its initial reputation.

Dated systems. Well known name. Cumbersome processes and procedures. Constant shuffling of personnel, restructuring.

Great company no complaints. Most mortgage loan officer roles won't have any base salary which US Bank does albeit, very small
