Experience has been good thus far. Would be nice to have greater OTE then base/bonus, but it's stable company during and unstable time for sale folks...Very safe spot to be given private company .

The training is very insightful and sets you up for the financial markets, lots of great people also work here. The culture in Sales, however, is so different from any other department.
