My overall experience was positive as a career starter here. The base is very high vs peers but there is little incentive pay (equivalent of 2 months base on annual basis at most).

Experience has been good thus far. Would be nice to have greater OTE then base/bonus, but it's stable company during and unstable time for sale folks...Very safe spot to be given private company .
