While Bloomberg the brand is respected in the industry, your success at the organization can be highly dependent on the product you're selling or the sales team that you are part of. I had both excellent and terrible managers. Unfortunately my teammates abandon the ship over time as were not incentivized to exceed quota and compensated us on purely on a decent base salary, solid benefits and end of year bonus structure. Without a true sales commission component, there is no incentive to exceed targets.
