Used to have a great culture and be relatively great place to work. Fallen off, market saturated, have fallen behind on their tech. Still a big name in industry and cool place to work, but leadership needs change IMO.

Poor management and training program. Disorganized and communication is terrible. Blackbaud is riding the coattails of past success and is no longer the company it once was. I would not recommend working here.

Overall Blackbaud offers fair pay and workload, however the product is one of the most expensive in the market and struggles to compete with new players that can offer lower cost solutions.
