Customers experience this and often lack the support needed - as staff outside of sales are cut, customers bring non-sales issues to sales team.

Current Employee1.4Nov 30, 2023Poor management and training program. Disorganized and communication is terrible. Blackbaud is riding the coattails of past success and is no longer the company it once was. I would not recommend working here.
