There has been a lot of turnover among the lower leadership so it has been difficult to have a clear sense of organizational focus. Building top of funnel pipeline is hard as well, due to the territories and messaging being ambiguous and not well thought out.

Covid had changed much of the dynamics with many managers and team members not hitting their numbers and still aren't to this day.
