Could use more diversity and awareness around the topic. Upper management is unaware of the issues that could truly move the needle and when they are they play nice in the good ole' boy club instead of ruffling feathers.

The product is great, but over priced. The training is great, but leadership is average. The company culture is ok.

colleagues are great but leadership is very shortsighted and micro manages. The base pay is very far behind the industry standards but leadership won't be changing that anytime. Also they routinely raise quotas and cut your commission % mid sales cycle.
