Great product-market fit for their products and high earning potential if you do well as commissions are uncapped. Customers are also awesome as you get to work with non-profits. As someone who originally came from non-profit before getting into sales, that was a huge bonus.

If you learned to game the system, you used to be able to make a lot of money. Unfortunately, KPI's, red tape, and angry customers take up 75-85% of your time. Targets shifted constantly. Misogynistic culture esp through management. If you don't drink - not the place for you.
