As of lat, the culture and upper management leadership is really taken a nose dive. It starts with new leadership not understanding the core fundamentals of how the business works. Once the COO changed everything changed.. Its a very sad place to be after Loren started, no one cares about people, lots of games, unrealistic quotas, very noncompetitive product and ABSOLUTELY ZERO training.
