Former Employee1.9Sep 2, 2023My big 4 team moved more quickly than Bill. Lack of leadership transparency is costing Bill any employee buy-in. More dynamic competitors are catching up on market share. Pay is probably 60-70% in comparison. Loren has lost trust of most reps by making drastic changes before understanding the landscape. Product takes 6 months just to tie their shoes.
