Poor experience - Product has been in place for 20+ years with little innovation and risk abounds across all segments. Difficult to prove value beyond assuming solution offers "table stakes" for a business with little ability to communicate direct value impact.

It's an incredible company to work for, with tons of money to be made, but the work-life balance is tough in enterprise sales. Great company culture and the leadership team takes the time to be empathetic and foster genuine growth.

Only 1 person hit quota in the SMB AE ORG. Nobody in MM AE hit. You should run if you are an AE at Bazaarvoice. Nobody gets promoted. There have been no raises in over 2 years. Those that have gotten a 5% raise also got a "senior" title, but a 20%+ increase in quota.
