Current Employee2.0May 17, 2024Only 1 person hit quota in the SMB AE ORG. Nobody in MM AE hit. You should run if you are an AE at Bazaarvoice. Nobody gets promoted. There have been no raises in over 2 years. Those that have gotten a 5% raise also got a "senior" title, but a 20%+ increase in quota.

Current Employee2.4Aug 26, 2024Pretty toxic leadership -- PIP's are easily given out, unrealistic expectations from work load to quotas. Haven't received a raise in years. You can tell they are prepping to sell to another PE as they are cutting costs left and right and putting everyone on AD's to manage alongside high quotas.
