Pretty toxic leadership -- PIP's are easily given out, unrealistic expectations from work load to quotas. Haven't received a raise in years. You can tell they are prepping to sell to another PE as they are cutting costs left and right and putting everyone on AD's to manage alongside high quotas.

Poor experience - Product has been in place for 20+ years with little innovation and risk abounds across all segments. Difficult to prove value beyond assuming solution offers "table stakes" for a business with little ability to communicate direct value impact.
