Base compensation hasn't changed in 2+ years, no real path to promotion even for top performers. Management is fine, but turnover is high here.

This is truly one of the worst companies I've ever worked for. The management is poor and plays favorites. I wish that I would've read the reviews prior to taking the role at Attentive as I think it has done me a disadvantage mentally all while being underpaid and treated like shit by management!
