Wasn't a great experience. The team's culture was the best aspect to the job. Comp wasn't aligned to KPIs/goals. Unrealistic OTEs were highlighted during the interview process. Senior leadership is a core part of these issues and nothing is likely to change until they leave.

great product, little to no opportunity for advancement. Used to be able to overachieve quota but they continue to pinch pennies and move the finish line
