Former Employee2.3Sep 8, 2023Wasn't a great experience. The team's culture was the best aspect to the job. Comp wasn't aligned to KPIs/goals. Unrealistic OTEs were highlighted during the interview process. Senior leadership is a core part of these issues and nothing is likely to change until they leave.
