The SMB role in particular relies heavily on successfully self sourcing opps to hit your quota. Our quotas are around 200k with average deal sizes ranging between 5-13k. Our quota is based on an account launching a free trial, and we’re paid a percentage of the clients invoices. great product, little to no opportunity for advancement. Used to be able to overachieve quota but they continue to pinch pennies and move the finish line

Great company, but given the stage of the company and the evolution of competition in the SMS marketing space, they need to increase base pay IMO.
