Attentive is a great revenue org to be apart of! Base salaries could be higher, but overall a very well run department and lots of individuals see huge success.

Base compensation hasn't changed in 2+ years, no real path to promotion even for top performers. Management is fine, but turnover is high here.

Extremely poor leadership, openly stated in an all hands that Attentive is "not a place to work at if you're interested in making money." The CEO said they can't afford to pay AEs market rate as it would disrupt their margins/ability to potentially IPO (pipe dream). The SMB role in particular relies heavily on successfully self sourcing opps to hit your quota. Our quotas are around 200k with average deal sizes ranging between 5-13k.
