Attentive is a great place to work. The culture fit is great and the variable is comp is really good. The product fit is great and for how easy SMS is to sell and get up and running, it is great work life balance

The SMB role in particular relies heavily on successfully self sourcing opps to hit your quota. Our quotas are around 200k with average deal sizes ranging between 5-13k. Our quota is based on an account launching a free trial, and we’re paid a percentage of the clients invoices.
