Toxic leadership with minimal work-life balance. Transactional sale with very transactional leadership at the second line. A very small percentage of reps are hitting quota in Corporate Expansion.

Reps aren't close to hitting unrealistic targets at every level- making a good living is difficult. Culture has shifted for the worse, unfortunately- leadership are mainly ex-Salesforce and it shows. Sadly, it's becoming less of a great place to work and more of a revolving door for salespeople. Something needs to change or it will be difficult to retain top talent.

Asana has been a great ride, I have been here for almost 6 years. Post-IPO, sales leadership changes have made it tough to adjust with constantly changing targets and some unattainable numbers. People are great, but sales targets are hard to reach.
