Reps aren't close to hitting unrealistic targets at every level- making a good living is difficult. Culture has shifted for the worse, unfortunately- leadership are mainly ex-Salesforce and it shows. Sadly, it's becoming less of a great place to work and more of a revolving door for salespeople. Something needs to change or it will be difficult to retain top talent.

Horrible - toxic, leadership does not care, revolving door, not sales led, do not want to pay. Don’t be fooled by base or OTE. No one is making money.
