Maybe 25% hit quota and that's from upgrading existing enterprise customers. 90% of new reps do not close a new logo deal in their first 18 months. The platform is bullet proof but the adoption rate is low. It is very complex of a sale. It takes 1.5 to 2 years minimum to land a new logo and that is all reps are paid on right now.
