Current Employee2.3Dec 11, 2024Leadership keep changing, this year alone we had 3 CROs. Message to the market is confusing and varies every 2 quarters. The product is great but the company has very little capabilities to market it properly, pricing structure is favorable only to very large deals, starting with Appian for a new customer is overly expensive. Leads are non-existant.

Current Employee3.6Sep 12, 2023Great company, great people and amazing product. Their GTM strategy in this region isn't amazingly well defined and perhaps too much is controlled by HQ. Lots of issues with legal and contracting too. I would absolutely work here again.
