Prior to all of the leadership changes, AppFolio was a great place to gather experience being an SE. The culture and benefits were great too. However it’s not an ideal place to spend as an SE long term since the compensation for the position is so low. The amount of revenue and workload assigned to an SE is a complete joke. sales and marketing are fighting with each other, lots of layoffs due to over expenses, leadership team not alligned, my personal manager pretty horrible at sales or mentoring so limited growth
