The compensation was good. However the leadership at a RVP and AVP level was unprofessional at times. There wasn't a clear vision from upper management. There was always a moving target and always a new way of how they wanted to get there. They were unable to decide on what methodology and approach they wanted to move forward with. My experience has been great so far. Has been challenging since this is a product that does not have wide market adoption yet, but has fun to be part of a growing company and see the potential positive impact this can have on companies.

Used to be a great place before Thoma acquisition. The energy was high, people were positive, celebrated key wins every week. Now, the majority of sellers are looking to get out. All about profitability by cutting people and outsourcing key customer support resources / engineering who are just seen as costs.
