This company changes frequently. Lack of processes. Lack of support for sales teams. Sales leadership is focused on profit over paying their reps fairly. Change of value prop frequently.

Anaconda has a great product with alot of potential in the AI/ML space. There has been significant turnover at Anaconda in the last few months at a leadership level, which is common in start-up land.

Skeleton crew so you end up doing 3 other people’s jobs. Sales structure is to shake down current customers or enforce Terms of Service (not selling,threatening). Future growth nonexistent.
