Skeleton crew so you end up doing 3 other people’s jobs. Sales structure is to shake down current customers or enforce Terms of Service (not selling,threatening). Future growth nonexistent. Small org with rigid hierarchy (exec committee has extreme turnover, comes in fully reorgs, then leaves). After nobody made quota last year, they tripled quota and lowered comp to 4%. Have a history and now tendency to go on massive hiring sprees and subsequent layoffs. Notorious for hiring new people and lying to them about job title, territory and comp.

I was surprised to learn that the company's primary sales motion centers around compliance of Terms of Service. Base pay and total comp is well below average and no stock/options were offered.

Anyone currently interviewing for a sales role understand that the promises the sales department have made to AEs have not been met after those AEs join the company. Some AEs promised mid-market and then essentially demoted to Commercial Account Executive. Some AEs even demoted after tenure with our new leadership etc. They have been firing anyone that disagrees...Read More
