great company with smb mindset, a lot of moving parts with ambiguity. you need to take ownership to promote/grow. the accounts and market depends on your segmentation.

AWS gives you the space to be creative and flexibility to try and fail. The hybrid and flexibility allows me to work remotely if needed. The pay and commission is good but appreciation and incentives are little to non. AWS puts the customer first in any discussion.

The people are great to work with, however it's a large company so there are many ppl/teams for each program. This can delay sales cycles or add confusion. Overall the base pay is very competitive and the OTE is some of best I have seen in sales
