The experience at AWS is less about driving deals and more about driving visibility. Much of the solutioning is left to partners and leadership is less interested in pipeline than Executive Engagement.

AWS is a phenomenal company. My journey has been exciting, rewarding, and challenging. The level of opportunity is insane, but the level of intensity and the performance bar will take individuals to the maximum of their capabilities. If you tale the path, be ready.

AWS pays at the top of market while offering 100s of infrastructure solutions to enterprise clients. The culture is highly politicized and "upleveling" often comes down to factors outside of performance and merit. That being said, the learning opportunity is unparalleled and provides amazing exposure to organization processes.
