I'm interested in applying for the LDR Public Sector AWS internship. I wanted to see if any current FTEs knew how much more DGRs make than LDRs, as I would rather set my sights on the highest-paid entry-level role in AWS. From what I understand, LDRs do more in-bound tasks versus DGRs outbound

Received an offer from AWS as a DGR and it says the role is paid "hourly." Is that normal? I'm currently paid a salary in my SDR role. The whole comp plan looks normal (Base+Bonus+Commission = $150k) I find the hourly part odd and even a little bit concerning—am I overthinking it?

I got an offer from AWS for L5 on the RRT team. The TC is lower than I was expecting and far from my current TC. The details are: base: $130k cash bonus: $35k yr 1 and $25k yr 2 stock: 420 over 4 years I want to negotiate this but curious what the band looks like. I live in LA

I'm onto my final loop interview for the associate account executive role, and with the recent RTO mandate in January, would associate account executives still be required to come in 5 days a week? or would it still be a hybrid mix of 3 days in office and 2 days at home? Appreciate any help, thanks!
