I got an offer from AWS for L5 on the RRT team. The TC is lower than I was expecting and far from my current TC. The details are: base: $130k cash bonus: $35k yr 1 and $25k yr 2 stock: 420 over 4 years I want to negotiate this but curious what the band looks like. I live in LA
